CTIA & Carrier Compliance
Our messaging program complies with CTIA guidelines. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Unauthorized or unlawful usage of the SMS service may result in termination.
DLC (The Campaign Registry) Compliance
All messaging traffic adheres to The Campaign Registry (DLC/TCR) requirements, including campaign registration, approved use cases, opt-in transparency, consent capture, and all content restrictions.
We maintain proof of opt-in and consent for all subscribers and do not send unsolicited messages.
User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and current mobile phone information when opting in.
- You must notify us if your number changes, is transferred, or reassigned.
